License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and your active subscription, Nova OS Consulting grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Nova AI Desktop Assistant (the "Software") for your own use.
License Scope
This license covers use of the Software as intended and permitted by these terms. It does not grant you any rights to the Software's source code, trademarks or underlying intellectual property.
Subscription License
The license is tied to an active paid subscription. Premium features remain available while your subscription is current. If your subscription lapses, access to premium features may end, though you may retain limited functionality where offered.
Activation
The Software may require activation using your account to verify your subscription. You agree not to circumvent activation, licensing or usage limits.
Device Authorization
Your license permits use on the number of devices allowed by your plan. We may use device identifiers to manage authorised devices and prevent abuse.
Updates
The Software may download and install updates automatically. Updates are provided under this Agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.
Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow others to:
No reverse engineering
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
No redistribution
Copy, distribute, publish or make the Software available to third parties.
No reselling
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise the Software or your license.
You also may not remove proprietary notices or use the Software to build a competing product.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest in the Software remain with Nova OS Consulting. This Agreement grants only the limited rights expressly described.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it, or when your subscription ends. On termination, you must stop using the Software and remove it from your devices.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova OS Consulting will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Nova OS Consulting regarding the Software, and supersedes prior agreements on that subject. It is governed by the laws of India.
